How many agents can I create?
Free plan includes 1 agent. Pro plan includes 1 agent with unlimited queries. Plus plan includes 2–10 agents (your choice) with unlimited queries.
How much content can I train on?
There's no hard limit on content size. You can add as many sources as you need.
What happens when my trial expires?
Your agents are preserved but the chat widget is paused. Upgrade to Pro or Plus to reactivate.
Can I use the widget on multiple websites?
Yes. One agent can be embedded on any number of websites using the same widget key.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Go to Billing and click Cancel subscription. You will keep access until the end of your billing cycle, plus a 7-day grace period.
What languages does the agent support?
The agent works best with English content. It can answer in other languages if your source content is written in that language.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each agent's data is isolated and only accessible to your account. Content is never shared between users.
